== Biography ==
During his government, in 1716, the Creek cacique Chislacaliche asked to Fullana to send to a Spanish to the Creek territory to take charge of pacifying the natives of the territory in order to regain your friendship with them and give them gifts. So, taking advantage of the occasion to restore the Creek in Florida, Fullana sent to retired Lieutenant colonel Diego Peña and four soldiers to Florida to rebuild towns on Chattahoochee〔C. Hahn, Steven (2004). (The Invention of the Creek Nation, 1670-1763 ). Page 90.〕 and to convince to the local caciques to accompany him to Saint Augustine and declare their loyalty to the king and the governor in a solemn ceremony, in exchange for which they would be given muskets and gunpowder. So, Peña departed in August of that year and he visited many villages north of the Chaltahoochee and Apachicola rivers and on September 28 he got to meet with the principal caciques of various tribes, such as Uchize, Savacola, Achito and Tasquique and explained them the friendship that the king wanted to give them and the help they could give them in their fight against enemy tribes and the English. He also provided them arms and ammunition. So the Amerindians accepted the alliance and an indigenous representation returned to Saint Augustine with Peña.〔Villanueva Jiménez, Jesús (2014).
